Ingredients
- Mix for Ajam Kerrie Madras
- 400 gram unsalted chicken chopped
- 3 tablespoons oil (25 ml)
- 300 ml cold water
Directions
- Add the oil (25 ml) to the marinade mix
- Marinate the chicken and leave it for at least 15 minutes
- Stir-fry the chicken, without using oil
- Add 300 ml cold water to the sauce mix and stir the contents into a sauce
- Boil the sauce and leave it boiling for 1 minute
Serving tips
Serve Ajam Kerrie Madras with fried white rice, kroepoek, salad and atjar tjampoer, sambal and ketjap.
