- 350 gram steamed white rice
- 250 gram pork meat or chicken chopped
- 250 gram mixed vegetables
Directions
- Steam the rice as indicated without using salt
- Stir-fry the meat
- Stir-fry the vegetables for 2 minutes
- Add 50 ml water and the boemboe
- Add the rice
Serving tips
Serve Nasi Goreng with kroepoek, salad and atjar tjampoer, sambal and ketjap.
