Ingredients
- Mix for Saté Marinade
- 500 gram unsalted pork or chicken, chopped
- Conimex Saté sticks
- Conimex peanut Saté or Ketjap Saté Sauce
- 3 tablespoons oil
- 1 tablespoon water
- 1 tablespoon ketjap manis
Directions
- Soak the saté sticks in water for at least 30 minutes
- Add the oil, water and ketjap to the marinade mix
- Marinate the meat for at least 15 minutes
- String the chopped meat onto the sticks
- Roast the sticks with meat on the grill, turning the sticks around frequently
- Serve the saté sticks with peanut saté sauce or ketjap saté sauce
Serving tips
Serve Saté sticks with fried white rice, kroepoek, salad and atjar tjampoer, sambal and ketjap.
