Chop the vegetables |

Stir-fry the meat in the oil and put is aside |

Stir-fry the vegetables for 1 minute |

Add the mix for Tjap Tjoi to the vegetables and 500 ml cold water |

Stir and boil for 5 minutes |

Add the meat |

Serve Tjap Tjoi with fried white rice, kroepoek, sambal
and ketjap.
